For your peace of mind, all of our pet puppies come with a 5 year Health Guarantee. You can be sure that their shots will be up to date and that puppies will have been wormed every two weeks once they are two weeks old. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE LISTED AS FOLLOWS: The following contract is the agreement regarding the condition of sale between the buyer and the seller of the above referenced dog. THERE ARE ABSOLUTLY NO GUARANTEES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED BELOW:

To validate this guarantee, buyer must have the above referenced puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, at the buyer’s expense within 72 hours of the purchase or delivery of the puppy, except over a weekend or holiday, there will be an extra day added. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses occurring once a puppy leaves the breeders possession. When the puppy is purchased or delivered the puppy is in good health to the best of my knowledge. If the puppy is being shipped it will be have a health check by a licensed veterinarian. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life-threatening genetic defect, having been there from birth, the breeder will replace the puppy. The buyer must contact the breeder immediately upon discovery of a genetic defect. The breeder has up to one year to replace the puppy of the same sex, color, size, and value. If the breeder can’t replace the puppy within one year, a refund of the purchase price will be returned. The buyer must return the puppy and registration papers to the breeder immediately along with a veterinarian’s letter stating the medical reasons for the return of the puppy. The return of the puppy will be at the buyer’s expense. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses on vet bills or transportation costs. Hypoglycemia is not genetic and can be prevented. The breeder does not guarantee reproductive ability, color, disposition and size. Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from this guarantee. No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis, or giardia. These parasites are all too common to puppies. Within the 72 hours if the puppy dies, a full autopsy report from a licensed veterinarian and the registration papers needs to be sent to the breeder. The autopsy will be performed at the buyer’s expense. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned request will void this health guarantee. After the 72 hours, buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy’s health and development. This contract is void if puppy is resold. If said dog is being used for breeding purposes once dog is bred contract is void. Seller does guarantee dog sold as a breeder to be breeding sound. You have purchased a beautiful little puppy that will give you much enjoyment for many years. We do not guarantee any genetic testing such as embark, wisdom ect because there has been inaccuracies in the testing.   By signing this agreement, you understand and agree to all the terms and conditions of this health guarantee.
